What to Expect at Your First Appointment
Both children and adults will need to allow one hour for their initial consultation. You will be posted a comprehensive diet, lifestyle and health survey that will take around 20 minutes to complete. You will need to bring this to your appointment along with any medication or supplements that you take on a regular basis.
Your initial consultation will usually include the following:
- Comprehensive dietary and nutritional analysis
- Urinary indicans test to assess digestive system toxicity
- Bio Impedance Analysis to assess body composition and cell health. Measures body fat and muscle mass, fluid and hydration levels along with cellular health and function
- Test for Zinc status
- Ionic Heavy Metal Urine test to screen for heavy metal toxicity
You may also be referred for further testing including:
- Hair mineral analysis
- Allergy and sensitivity testing
At your second appointment you will be given an individualised health care program to correct underlying nutritional deficiencies or excess, toxicity and allergies
