"I am passionate about diet and nutrition and strongly believe that a healthy diet is neither boring nor hard work, it’s simply a case of getting back to basics.
When I look around at what is happening to our children’s health at the present moment I am motivated to work harder to reach as many parents, children and future parents as possible, to help educate and inspire them that diet and nutrition is the key to stopping the decline in our health. How many children did you know when you were a child who would die if they ate a peanut? How many children at your school suffered from asthma or ADHD?
Our immune systems are becoming weaker and deranged, our rate of fertility is declining and chronic, degenerative and highly preventable diseases such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, dementia and many cancers are affecting so many more people and at a much younger age.
Despite amazing advances in medicine and technology, our life expectancy is predicted to decline for the first time in 1000 years due to the dramatic increase in these diseases - All of which are largely preventable with a healthy diet! The answers to so many of our health problems can be found in our shopping trolleys and in our kitchens.
I look forward to working with you and your family."
Yours in good health naturally
